Shipping & Delivery Policy
- Order Processing: Orders received between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM IST are processed on the same business day.
- Shipping Schedule:
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST are scheduled for pickup by our shipping partner on the same day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST will be picked up on the next working day, with pickups occurring by 5:30 PM IST.
- Delivery Timeline:
- Within Tamil Nadu: 2–3 working days.
- Outside Tamil Nadu: 4–5 working days, depending on the location.
- Non-Operational Days: No shipping or deliveries occur on Sundays and National Holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST on Saturdays will be processed on the following Monday.
- Bulk Orders & Corporate Gifting:
- Lead time for processing bulk orders is 7–10 working days.
- Significant discounts are available for bulk purchases, corporate gifts, and retail partnerships.
- Promotions & Discounts:
- Freebies or coupons may be provided based on order value, quantity, or specific products.
- Only one coupon code can be applied per order; combining multiple coupons is not permitted.
- Freebies and discount coupons cannot be combined.
- Order Cancellations:
- Orders may be cancelled due to stock unavailability, pricing inaccuracies, or product misprints.
- A deduction of ₹50 will be applied for the cancellation of partially paid Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
- Returns & Exchanges:
- Customers are advised to perform a patch test and review ingredient lists to avoid allergic reactions.
- Returns or exchanges will not be processed for allergies, fragrance preferences, or colour variations.
- Unboxing Requirement: Customers must record an unboxing video of their received orders for any claims related to discrepancies.
- Delays: While we strive to adhere to our shipping policy, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or issues with our delivery partners. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.
